Avec des tubes comme Sweet Child O' Mine, Welcome to the Jungle et November Rain, Guns n Roses est aujourd'hui reconnu comme l'un des groupes les plus vendus au monde. Intronisé au Rock and Roll Hall of Fame en 2012, il a remporté et été nominé à de nombreux prix, dont quatre MTV Video Music Awards.
