  1. How to participate

    How to Enter. To enter the prize draw, you must either: (1) order any item from the Rock Sound store with a minimum order value of £5 or $8 available at either shop.rocksound.tv or https://us.shop.rocksound.tv/, (there will be no additional cost to enter the prize draw); or (2) enter for free (and no purchase is necessary) by email via this form. Please ensure to enter your email address again when prompted on the form to complete your entry for verification purposes.

    All entries must include your name, email address and postal address (including postcode).

    Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions will be void and will not be entered into this promotion.

    Usual shipping rates will apply and are included in your cart checkout. Your shipping costs will be automatically calculated during the checkout process once you have added items to your basket and entered your address. If you’re ordering from outside the UK (when ordering on shop.rocksound.tv), your order may be subject to customs duties or import taxes when it reaches your country.     You may enter this promotion as many times as you wish. Additional entries do not guarantee additional opportunities to win.

  2. Start Date

    This promotion will start at 10.00am BST Thursday 9th April 2026.

  3. Closing Date

    The closing date for this promotion will be 11.59pm BST Thursday 23rd April. Entries received by the promoter after this time will be void and will not be entered into this promotion.

  4. Selection of the winner

    There will be one winner.

    The winner of the prize draw will be the first entrant randomly selected by an impartial judge from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions.

  5. Prize

    The prize is as follow with all T-shirts size LARGE: x1 Axl Live Guns ‘N’ Roses T-Shirt, x1 Exclusive Panic! At The Disco T-Shirt, x1 Twenty One Pilots Grandpas Retro T-Shirt, x1 Linkin Park From Zero Camo Spill T-Shirt, x1 Sublime Ombre Sun T-Shirt, x1 My Chemical Romance Bat Tank T-Shirt, x1 Don Broco Nightmare Tripping Limited Transparent Green Cassette, x1 Signed All American Rejects Rock Sound Awards Magazine, x1 Signed Yungblud Are You Ready Boy Poster, x1 Rock Sound Mug, x1 Rock Sound Canvas Bag. The prize will be sent to the customer’s address.

    There is no alternative prize.

    The prize is non-transferable and does not include any additional costs and expenses. There will be no reimbursement for the cost of the order that won the prize including any shipping or taxes.

  6. Restrictions and requirements

    Please note the following restrictions and requirements apply. Entrants must be 16+ years of age and reside in the UK, USA or Europe.

    Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter this promotion.

  7. Notification of the results and receipt of the prize

    The promoter will notify the winner by email on or before 5th May 2026. If a selected winner does not respond to the notification within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited and the promoter will select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will also have 7 days to respond to their notification).

    The winner’s prize will be sent on or before Wednesday 6th May 2026 (depending on the winner’s response as above) but depending on the location of the prize winner, the prize may take days or weeks to arrive. Tracking information will be sent to the customer. The promoter assumes no responsibility for the shipping partner misplacing or damaging the prize.

  8. Publicity and personal information

    Please note that your personal information will be used to process your entry, to contact you about your entry, and for the purpose outlined in paragraph 8.2 below.     The name and country of the winner will be published at https://rocksound.tv/prize-promotion-notice for one month after the closing date. If you do not want your name and country included on the list of winners referred to above, please email shop@rocksound.tv prior to the closing date of the promotion with subject line “Rock Sound Festival 2026 Prize FAO Marketing”

    You may be asked to participate in publicity relating to this promotion if you are selected as a winner. Rock Sound will make public on Instagram stories that the winner has been selected.

  9. General

    This promotion is operated by Rock Sound Ltd (the “Promoter”).

    Entrants hereby grant the promoter a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide licence to use their name, social handle, country in any communications about this prize. Entrants acknowledge that copyright in submissions will be owned by the promoter.

    While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit or exclude the promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, the promoter will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to the promoter or to the entrant at the time of entry to the promotion or which are caused by a third party.

    The laws of England and Wales apply to these terms and conditions, although if you are resident elsewhere you will retain the benefit of any mandatory protections given to you by the laws of that country.

    Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This means that you can choose whether to bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts of another part of the UK in which you live.
